Delivery & Returns

The Underpinnings Museum's merchandise is fulfilled from Poland in the European Union, and ships to select countries* within Europe, North America, Asia and Oceania. Please allow up to 7 working days before your order is dispatched. Please be aware that orders outside of the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes when the shipment reaches your country; these are out of our control and must be borne by you.  

*Currently we can accept orders through the online shop for the following countries: Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United States. If you would like to place an order to a country not included in this list, please get in touch to discuss options.

Regretfully, we cannot currently ship to the UK due to new Brexit customs regulations, but you can find a selection our catalogues at our stockist Tigz Rice. 

Sadly we are no longer able to sell to Germany due to new government import regulations. 

 

We offer different delivery options based on location for the best possible value and service. Currently we cannot offer tracked regular mail options in certain continents due to COVID-19 related delays. Please note that we cannot ship over 1.5kg in a single order, so there is a limit to how many items you may be able to check out with in a single order.

Please note that we cannot guarantee shipping times, and that these estimates may be subject to delays (such as customs processing in your country) that are outside out control. 

Normal postal lead times from dispatch are: Europe 5-14 days, most other areas 7-21 days (though please allow up to 30 working days for delivery). You will be contacted by email should there be any delay.

 

 

Returns

If upon receiving your order and are not completely satisfied, you may be entitled to return the order for a refund. 

If you would like to arrange a refund, please contact us via email at info@underpinningsmuseum.com within 14 days of receipt, providing that the items are unused and in their original packaging. If an item is deemed to have been damaged due to customer negligence it will be returned to the sender. 

When emailing us please state your order number and reason for return.  Once your email has been received you will be provided with a return address.  

Please ensure that all returns are fully insured as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.  For international returns, please ensure that customs documentation is filled in correctly indicating that the item is a return. Should the item have customs charges placed on it upon arrival to the Poland, we will not be able to accept it and it will be returned to you.

Regretfully we cannot offer exchanges on any orders. All returns will be processed for a refund of the original item value. Shipping will only be refunded in the instance where there is a fault in the original order. 

We currently do not cover return shipping costs - these must be borne by the customer in the instance of a return.
